RIC at Alexian Rehabilitation Hospital Second Chance Society and Survivors Group

This group is open to all survivors of stroke, head injury or other neurological injury. It provides social, recreational and resource opportunities. Family, friends and caregivers are welcome. Monthly events are held on campus and in the community. All programs are wheelchair accessible.
