Dance is a stimulating mental and physical activity for people with Parkinson’s disease. This structured dance class aims to enhance balance, movement speed, coordination of movement, and overall physical and mental well-being. In addition, the class has live piano accompaniment.

Teacher: Citlali Lopez-Ortiz, PhD, MA, professional dancer and expert in Dance and Movement Sciences, affiliated with Northwestern University Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Parkinson's Disease Rehabilitation Clinic.
